  • Our events and workshops offer nurse-led, evidence-informed education that blends clinical excellence, emotional resilience, and ethical integrative practice. Programs are designed to support healthcare professionals and the public through practical skill-building, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and compassionate presence.

    Events and workshops may be delivered virtually or in person and include interactive learning, guided reflection, and applicable tools that participants can use immediately in both professional and personal settings. Topics may include resilience, grief support, nervous system regulation, Holy Fire® Reiki education, CNA training, wound-care-informed wellness, and integrative health practices.

    Continuing education (CE) credit is available for select programs through accredited provider partnerships. Integrative Pathways Education & Wellness, LLC does not independently award CE credit.

    All workshops and events are educational and wellness-based in nature and do not replace medical, nursing, or mental health care.

Reiki Workshops (Holy Fire® Reiki Education & Practice) Reiki Level 1-3, Master Level, Karuna Reiki®
Professional and experiential workshops focused on ethical Reiki practice, energy awareness, and nervous system regulation. Offered for personal growth, wellness, and CE-eligible education through accredited partners. Emphasizes consent, scope of practice, and trauma-informed application.

Iridology Workshops (IIPA Educational Analysis) An eye opening experience
Educational sessions introducing constitutional assessment through IIPA iridology. Participants learn how iris patterns reflect stress responses, strengths, and wellness tendencies. These workshops are insight-based and non-diagnostic, supporting self-awareness and preventive wellness. Learn how nutrition and exercise is more than meets the eye.

Resilience & Nervous System Regulation Workshops
Workshops designed to reduce burnout, restore balance, and strengthen emotional regulation. Integrates HeartMath® techniques, trauma-informed care principles, and practical tools for daily stress management in healthcare and life.

Palliative & Hospice Care for Healthcare Professionals
Clinically grounded education for nurses, CNAs, and healthcare teams. Focuses on grief literacy, emotional presence, moral distress, compassionate communication, and supporting patients and families with dignity. ELNEC®-informed and CE-aligned through partners.

Palliative & Hospice Care for Caregivers & Families
Supportive workshops for non-clinical caregivers. Teaches understanding of the dying process, emotional support skills, self-protection from burnout, and how to hold space with compassion and confidence.

HeartMath® Workshops
Evidence-based training in coherence, heart-brain regulation, and stress physiology. Participants learn practical techniques to improve emotional stability, clarity, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
