Integrative Pathways Education & Wellness, LLC is a veteran-owned, nurse-led education and wellness organization dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals, caregivers, and the community through clinically grounded education, resilience training, and integrative wellness services.

Our work exists at the intersection of clinical excellence, emotional resilience, and whole-person wellness. We believe sustainable care begins with supporting the people who provide care — and empowering individuals with tools that support both professional and personal wellbeing.

We offer professional education, continuing education programs through accredited partners, healthcare-focused training, coaching, workshops, and integrative wellness services delivered virtually and in person.

About the Founder

Olivia M. Rawls, MSN, RN is an Integrative Nurse Educator with a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Nursing Education. She brings experience across wound care, palliative and end-of-life education, behavioral health case management, and trauma-informed practice.

Her professional training includes Diabetic Wound Care Certification, Wound Care Certification, ELNEC® education training, HeartMath® resilience methodologies, and Holy Fire® Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master-level training. She also holds training in IIPA iridology educational analysis.

Olivia has served in clinical education, academic instruction, and professional development roles supporting nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Her work focuses on ethical integration of complementary wellness approaches, evidence-informed education, and scope-appropriate, patient-centered care.
