Usui Reiki Level I & II Practitioner Certification 

This 16-hour immersive training provides structured education in the foundational and intermediate principles of Usui Reiki practice. Students will learn the historical framework, energetic concepts, ethical boundaries, self-practice techniques, and introduction to distance applications.

This course integrates reflective learning, skills demonstration, trauma-informed awareness, and professional ethics.

This training is educational in nature and does not prepare participants to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. an introduction that summarizes the expected outcomes of this course.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Participants are responsible for practicing within their professional scope and local regulations.

Olivia M. Rawls is a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse, integrative nurse educator, and holistic practitioner dedicated to helping individuals cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable self-care practices.

With extensive experience in healthcare, Olivia has worked across diverse clinical settings including long-term care, rehabilitation, behavioral health, hospice, and wound care management. As a Wound Care Certified (WCC) and Diabetic Wound Care (DWC) nurse, she has led interdisciplinary care initiatives, quality improvement programs, and staff education designed to improve patient outcomes and strengthen clinical practice.

In addition to her clinical work, Olivia is an experienced educator committed to supporting the well-being of both patients and healthcare professionals. She is a HeartMath® Certified Trainer, teaching evidence-informed resilience techniques that support nervous system regulation and stress management. She is also an ELNEC Train-the-Trainer (End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium), helping professionals develop compassionate approaches to serious illness and end-of-life care.

Olivia is a Karuna Holy Fire® Reiki Master and Usui Reiki instructor, and she teaches Reiki within a structured educational framework that emphasizes ethical practice, personal responsibility, and thoughtful integration into wellness routines. Her Reiki training focuses not only on technique, but also on developing awareness, grounding, and self-care practices that support emotional balance and resilience.

  • Reiki is a complementary wellness practice that originated in Japan and was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. It is commonly used for relaxation, stress reduction, and personal wellness practices. Practitioners use structured hand positions and focused intention to support a calm and balanced state.

    Reiki is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional healthcare.

  • No experience is required. This training is designed for beginners as well as individuals who want to deepen their personal wellness practices.

    Many participants come from diverse backgrounds including healthcare, wellness professions, coaching, education, or simply personal interest.

    Level 1 is requred to continue to level 2.

  • Yes. Participants who complete all course requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion for Usui Reiki Level I & II Practitioner Training (16 hours).

  • Due to limited class sizes and course preparation requirements, all course registrations are final and non-refundable.By registering for a class, participants acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

    No Refund Policy

    All payments made for courses, trainings, or workshops are non-refundable.

    If a participant cannot attend the scheduled course, the registration may be converted to a non-transferable class creditthat may be applied to a future training within one (1) year of the original registration date.

    No refunds will be issued for unused credits.

    Rescheduling Policy

    Participants may reschedule their course one (1) time only.

    Rescheduling requests must meet the following requirements:

    • The request must be submitted in writing

    • The rescheduling request must be received prior to the scheduled class start time

    • The reschedule must be mutually agreed upon by both the participant and the instructor

    • The rescheduled course must occur within one (1) year of the original registration date

    After one reschedule, the registration is considered final and no additional transfers or rescheduling will be permitted.

    Class credits are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person.

    No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

    A participant will be considered a no-show under any of the following circumstances:

    • Failure to attend the scheduled course

    • Arrival more than 15 minutes after the start time of a live class or virtual session

    • Failure to log in to a scheduled virtual training within 15 minutes of the start time

    Participants who are marked as a no-show may request to reschedule their training one time, subject to the rescheduling policy.

    A No-Show / Late Rescheduling Fee will apply.

    Instructor Cancellation

    If a course must be cancelled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to:

    • transfer to a future training date, or

    • receive a full refund.
